CHAIR YOGA CLASSES
I currently hold three different chair yoga classes with different charitable organisations across the week.
Mixed groups of ages and abilities - which allows me to meet new people and bring together groups in different locations. It also proves that yoga is yoga - regardless age, ability, body shape or level of fitness. Yoga is not all about who can touch their toes or can bend further than anyone else. With Chair Yoga there is still so much that can be done sitting, holding or resting against the chair while using props to assist us in our practice.
