YOGA FOR ALL

I have worked in local Adult Day Care Centre in Strood to lead some yoga classes to residents as part of their monthly activities.

The welcome, interaction and engagement has been so lovely. Such enthusiasm from all those involved and we finish up by having a little dance/sing-a-long at the end of each session.
